A window display by author Susan Hughes at The Kettle's On in Kyogle was vandalised on her birthday, but the incident prompted the town to rally around her, according to IndyNR.
In a separate incident near Kyogle, a woman was airlifted to hospital after her car rolled on Wyrallah Road at East Coraki, IndyNR reports.
